Founded in 1951, the company had offices and a warehouse in San Lorenzo, California, and distributed worldwide Victory Brand Chemicals and Cleaning Compounds manufactured by the Jackson Chemical Company of Los Angeles. It also had a franchise to distribute for Wyandotte Chemicals in certain foreign countries as well as domestically.
